Following on from recent posts about this company it was indicated that all us peeps insured with them would be getting a letter of explanation about the company. I just wondered if anyone had received anything yet?

I am doing some research before renewing my policies and had a couple of claims this year which seemed to take forever to settle. So just interested to see who you say pays their claims the quickest and with the least fuss.
