Your horse went through an op that diagnosed OCD in both stifles, vet said to review at week 12 but upon looking left stifle has a bobbly lump (probably dead tissue) organised for physio to come out but seems to of backed out as been out to see horse previously and diagnosed growing pains..
My horse had arthoscopy for ocd in both stifles 2 weeks ago, she has just finished 2 weeks of box rest, had both joints medicated with steroids and the right stifle (which is worse and currently full of fluid) also had HA injected into it.
She now has a further 4 weeks box rest but with walks...

I am really careful not to feed sugary stuff to my horse I think diet wise she is lacking a supplement and I agree her front hooves have gone 'splat' they did with shoes hence going barefoot but still splat :/thank u for input so far :) looking at pro hoof supplement is this the best one?
