My insurance only covers up to £300, and considering my saddle had been used once maybe twice and I bought it for £200 when it's value new was over £1200 I think I got a pretty good bargain and I'm not gonna find one the same for the insurance money. When I say creases, it has very slight...
Hi there, to cut a long story short I was in a pretty bad car crash at the start of the week. The car roof had to be cut off as well as my door. Unfortunately my saddle was in the back, and when I went to collect it from the car they'd put the car roof and door on top of it. I thought it was...
over the past 3 or 4 months my 5 year old cob has began her proper "education" shall we say, I have an hour lesson once a week on schooling and she is ridden either in the school or we're out hacking at least 2/3 times a week also. She is generally quite a sweaty betty and over the past few...
I've had it on trial and had it checked to see if it fits and its perfect, the saddles been checked as well so I think I'm gonna go for it! :) cheers guys!
no no, it's from the place we get our feed, they have like a second hand shop where people can sell their stuff, very reputable :) it was owned by an older lady who gave up riding and she brought all her stuff in to sell, think she was just wanting rid of it. thanks though!
I thought that! I mean, honestly the only sign its even been used at all are the kinda scuff marks you get on the flaps from the stirrups! not a scratch or scrape anywhere! I definitely think I'm gonna go for it! I know realistically £220 isn't a lot of money but I didn't wanna go spending money...
Hi there, I'm on the hunt for a new saddle for my rather round cob, sadly though I'm a skint student and didn't really wanna spend more than £100 so I've been looking at second hand saddles. I'm not bothered about how it looks as long as its in half decent condition as I don't do any showing...
okay, I'll give it a go! she's rubbed the majority of the top of her tail off so I think I'll pull rather than plait, I do have people at the yard who are fab at plaiting tails but I'm useless!
Sorry yeah I meant to say! She's currently standing about 15.1hh :)
She's not welsh as far as I know, unfortunately we're not 100% on her breeding, all I know is that her father was a gypsy cob and her mother was a trotter.. Although I'm not 100% convinced about that.
I'm sorry this is all...
