Looking for a new white saddle cloth for dressage. Any suggestions? Nothing that discolours / marks too easily or shrinks - thinking Le Mieux or Woof Wear - nothing too pricey, like PS of Sweden. Suitable for close contact (don’t want to chop off the velcro part unless it’s really necessary)...
I have to admit I would absolutely love a small box, I just am terrified of making a mistake and it costing lots of money - I always seem to like ones that are just over budget 🙃. Deffo a aluminium floor is an absolute must….
I think I would be paranoid about an equitrek having read the...
Actually, I haven’t tried it, but it did cross my mind. The pony is a shouter, which might cause other issues, but saying this my horse isn’t usually too bothered. Thank you 😊
Also, she is terrified of going out the ifor front ramp (it’s dangerous as she shoots out) so we have to reverse her out (which she does easily and quietly). She travels very well once in, no stress or sweating. But all this adds up to me looking at other options - just wish the Equitreks...
I have an Ifor Williams 511. I love it, but unfortunately my horse doesn’t like to load in it - I’ve had to take out the partition and put in a full width breast bar, which is annoying. She will go in with the partition in, but it can sometimes take a long time, which is stressful. I have a...
Hey Maceska, just wondering how you got on?

Thank you for your responses - I must admit I’m slightly apprehensive about saying to my vet I think my horse has another issue - I’m going to have a good investigation this afternoon before I decide what to do - thanks guys!
Hi there,
Yes I did get a diagnosis in the end. Nerve blocks, x rays etc (although no MRI due to where I live). He had bilateral forelimb lameness, although one was slightly worse than the other. He was diagnosed with navicular bursitis (start of navicular syndrome) and possible DDFT...
random question, can a tooth extraction cause eyesight problems?
Bit of history - my boy has recently had an upper molar removed, he was also treated for sinusitis. The dentist that removed the tooth said it was huge and deformed.
So fast forward, all treatments are now done and given the go...
So, bit of background - my horse has undergone treatment for ulcers. As a result of ulcers she was unable to lift through the back and has lost top line and has poor tummy tone (as it hurt to engage tummy and lift). She had some time off work (over six months). She was recently brought back...
Thank you ? I just had a look at Jelly Tots and they have some fab stuff, will deffo be getting a few other things from there!
The saddlecloths aren’t too exciting tho ... will keep looking ?
Anyone know where I can get some fun pony numnahs for kids that don’t cost the earth?
Most of the ones on the big tack shops sites are pretty boring, looking for unicorns, rainbows or sparkles etc The only ones I’ve found I like are £40-£50 plus delivery - which is more that I can spend on...
