Hope I'm reading this correctly as in this is a continuous claim and therefore the 3rd time you've claimed for the same condition? If so, it seems like they have lost your claim folder.....which should be kept in the storage library...

I just called the BHS team as far as I know and got put through to the complaints department for a BHS approved livery yard. They have sent official complaint form after refusing to do a spot check. The complaint I made to local council animal welfare is seperate

And I will be putting in an official complaint to BHS. I'd like to know whether they know what is going on there and to remove approval status, or explain why they repeatedly give approval status if they know what is going on there.
