I asked the same question a while ago and got similar mixed reaction but slightly more swaying to positive. Looking around I would say they are very easy to sell (making them hard to buy!) the people I have enquired with to buy (Ifor Williams dealers etc.) have lists of people waiting to buy...
Mine are all out, only the very old girl is rugged, other two are naked. I sometimes feel guilty but other times grin because of all the shavings money I'm saving! The two chunkies are still very much chunky despite summer rations, so they're fine.
Oh! Is it not a good one? I imagine you could get a bargain youngster, but anything older you wouldn't know what you were buying underneath the dope and bute. I'm sure there were some genuine reasons for sale, but equally some definite 'issues' went into the pen!
Are not all sales like that...
I went to my first horse auction/sale this week. It was just the strangest place.
But I really didn't get it. There were horses going for a few hundred that had roach backs, parrot mouths and twisted legs, yet very sweet little section A colts and fillies that went for £15 and £20. I was told...
What gorgeous dogs, and quite a few of them!
Always read your posts with interest so nice to put (dog) faces to the name! My fav is the whippet using your old girl as a chair, fantastic! As if the whippet thinks it's the most normal thing in the world, and your old girl doesn't seem to mind at all!

I very much jumped to the conclusion that she was showing off in her fancy...
Just wondering really, if any of you rate Cesar Millan from the Dog Whisperer or Victoria from It's Me or the Dog?
I occassionally watch the Dog Whisperer, mainly laugh at the silly people that never exercise their dogs and wonder why they're naughty! But a few things make sense that I had...
Thanks everyone! He is a cutey and he knows it!
House training pretty much sorted now (phew, house still smells of Dettol though), puppy training next. I'm not sure if he knows what his name is but he doesn't come when I call it!! Had a springer and a GSD x rotty before who both had...
Hi All,
I've never posted a pic before and read a post earlier with someone telling someone else how to do it, so thought I'd give it a go!
This is my new pup, just got him last week. I've adopted him and he's 6 months old (not really a pup I suppose). I was umming and ahring whether or not...
Try Gallopeur in Stone, they do bedding and they're certainly the cheapest in the area for feed (well, the feeds I use at least!).
Be careful buying in bulk from the people you mentioned. It's ok if you take everything when you buy it, but they do offer the option to hold it for you and go...
