My beautiful pally colt has been diagnosed a full rig, no testicles present at 18mths. Both testicles are up in near his kidneys so he is off for surgery next Monday. Has anyone had the op done and if so what type of recovery time and care did your horse need? He will stay in over night...

The problem is, a lot of farmers make hay for their dairy heard, then sell excess to horsey people. The hay is rich and so full of feed that if you had it analysed it would probably have pretty much everything your horse needs without hard feed. I love good crappy hay, i soak it anyway so any...

i have just bought 50 bales of late cut hay for £2.75 a bale. It's not the lushest but i have M&M's so perfect for them!

I think she is a bit like Prince Phillip, entertaining as you never know when she is going to come out with the wrong thing. I love them both, both real and entertaining.

There has been no mention of the lorry driver, the lorry looks totally smashed at the front, do we know how he is ?

I didn't realise the horsebox driver had children in, how awful for them to go through that. I thoughts are with all involved and hope we hear that all are recovered from the ordeal.

Munchkin you are right on so many levels! I can't stand the holier than thou attitude some horse owners take. Get a grip, people are not going to take their flags off their cars, so deal with it!!

My thoughts too!! We have a Black Russian Terrier, 11.5 stone and 33 inches at the shoulder. His paws are only just short of 4 inches!!

He was bred here, I actually got him when a HHO member told me she knew of a breeder who had some pups! We looked for ages before that. He is a fab dog, temperment to die for, very protective but very low aggression which is nice. Not a dog for a novice though, they need fim kind handling...
