    Head Torches!!

This seems like a good idea. It's annoying to talk to somebody who is wearing a lit head torch and instinctively turns to look you in the face.

Do you go to the bathroom in the stall?

In a pub, many years ago, I saw signs on the toilet doors: "drip dry" (ladies) and "shake dry" (gents).

    Toad in water meter

You could build a little ladder and add a little door to the well cover so that the toad can come and go as it pleases.

    Toad in water meter

I'm having trouble imagining how a toad 🐸 could live inside a water meter. TTRNP

In the winter, my grandmother used to keep a storm lantern in the outdoor privy, left lit overnight mostly to take the chill off the air and so stop the water from freezing. I knew several elderly ladies who preferred to use the outdoor privy in the daytime and evening, rather than climb the...

    Close call with cyclists

I would not have been able to compose such an eloquent response. Mine would have been more like "do you intend to take your teeth home with you or leave them here by the roadside?"

Best Torch for Evening Walkies? And Light Up Dog Collars

I bought a small Ledlenser torch (it takes three AAA batteries) over twenty years ago and it still works perfectly. The current T2 model (SKU: 9802) looks very similar. https://ledlenser.co.uk/collections/battery-operated-torches/products/tt-torch My head torches, bought for hacking a few years...
