you cannot take goods to the value of . taking a horse would be stealing . taking bloods doesnt cover you if they refuse to pay and they wouldnt be applying for any credit anyway ! cash cash and cash ! however i cannot see why the video or public opinion would make any difference to a case...
ive seriously had enough . the last 3 years have been a struggle and i cant remember a summer in that time . when the sun shines and its warm i feel alive and cant do enough . when its like this winter i want to cry. i feel like im just existing not living .
following on from the "best area " thread , i saw 2 posters voting for france . im sick of the weather, and many other things , and if i won the lottery would love to go somewhere else , but how easy is it ? can i hear from you brave people that have done it without loads of money ...
i would be amazed if a 17 year old ridden animal passed a flexion test ! and i should think actualy doing the test would indeed have made it lame . i cant see why the vet was digusted and he certainly seems to be taking it beyond his call of duty .
you know , i just posted a comment , thats all, so why the heck do several of you feel the need to " start " . some of the post are a small bit aggressive , the way i read them . im not going to go into what i mean by the hypocrisy bit as we will all be here all night , so just ignore it...
yes absolutely have done that !! yes you will win . HOWEVER in my case actually getting the money from them was impossibe. you may have better luck . lousy business all round . i wish you good luck.
well im sorry i disagree. its not normal for a horse to be dead at the side of the road . and if horses " just die " then , then i think there may be a certain amount of hypocrisy going on in some posts!! not that i actually give a stuff . actually. :)
surely if it had been hit by a car , the car would be pretty much damaged and police called ? yes i agree things happen , of course, but the fact that its been thrown away and there is no upset owner points to the fact that these probably arnt great owners who care about pony welfare .
well i think that GENERALLY they dont just die . there are usuallly signs that an equine is not ok . also they MUST cost loads in vet bills first. and tbh anyone who deliberatley throws their pony on the side of a road probably didnt call a vet or care if it was ill. so not good all round
glenruby i have done many internet searches and i cannot see it mentioned for horses anywhere . i have downdloaded stuff from the chemical companies and allsorts ! ( i do do some work in between !) im not exactly worked up , its not my horse , however we do use the same vet and im shocked...
