I had geese on the island of my pond, she'd laid eggs and we estimated she was about ready to hatch. They woke me up at 5am squawking and screeching. When I got home tonight there's just half a broken egg shell on the island....... no sign of anything else. Where's my goose family?!? 😞

Thank you all for your responses!! I knew in my heart that he was lonely and a goat wouldn't cut it! So a week before Christmas we picked up a little section D colt foal!! Oh my! What a tonic he has been!! He has certainly cheered us all up!! I'd love to post some pics but not sure how!

Morning guys! I'm hiding inside from the lovely Welsh wet weather and planning more tack room organising ideas. Rugs take up so much room in my little space I'm going to hang them in the stable. My PRE is a saint and wouldn't dream of touching them...... the sec d colt is another matter...
