    Agree with the above, no deposit- the horse is not secured. I'd make sure to tell her that you are allowing the other viewing to go ahead as that may spur her on to put some money down!

    Where abouts are you? I may know of a mare that fits the bill, she's rising 18 but has previously show jumped to a decent level and has been dragged out hunting a couple of times this season. Unfortunately she needs to go ASAP to pay off a substantial livery debt so will be a total steal!

    Horses that walk out of the stable when you leave the door open! I have accidentally popped down the road to the supermarket and come back to the yard 30 mins later to find I'd left his stable door wide open but he was still stood happily inside munching his net. He doesn't tie up well...
