Sounds a bit funny, My horse used to race and I know in some countries the horse aging system is different. I would look into it a bit more as it seems abit odd.:confused:

I wear the toggi ones, they are amazing i ride in them at home all the time even tho they are to nice to really :)

Just a general post but I am based in south glos I am a event rider currently competing up to ON hoping to go up to OIU21 this year. Wondered what all fellow riders who live in the same area do with their horses and ponies? :)

Can't believe people try to hide it! As you rightly said forewarned is forarmed, I am competing tomorrow but I am actually thinking of withdrawing as I can't take risks if somebody has come from a yard infected. Being upfront to all other local equine owners would help us imensly.

Totally agree with your comments. I just think there must be something we can do as things like this have happened around here too many times unfortunatley most yard keep quiet as they feel it will give them a bad name and in this case the riders moving to compete have now passed it on to more...
