I think I paid about £20-25/plate for the last lot I had done..... I know my vets do a bundle for them if you're having a lot done, (I have the feet done as a bench mark as much as to see what's going right/wrong, esp with TB Feet)

Have his hocks & his feet x-rayed, if they look ok for what you're planning then definitely I'd go ahead, but I'd get the X-rays done almost before I'd sat on him

How do you make these work? My current sheets are all either the traditional fold up under the saddle flap sorts, or quarter sheets that attach by strap onto girth straps, neither of which work with the Single flap saddles..... So...... What do you do? Do I need one of those over saddle...
