I need to build up my horse by long lining in straight lines and feel I don't have a good enough technique. Would it be acceptable to use side reins or the equi ami to encourage seeking for the contact/use of the back and rear end and then atatch the lines to a caverson ?

We are strip grazing into long grass and my horse has loads of scabby bites around her face and neck. These become oozy and her hair is falling out. Anyone got any ideas what's causing it and a cure?

Yes there are boots but I'm not that evangelical about being barefoot. That's the stupid thing. It seems just too much expense and faff to try and get boots that fit and more trouble to put them on each time
