    Hoof oil?

You are not alone with a bit of good 'old fashioned' grooming there... Spoke to farrier about this only the other day, he said cornucresine is much the same as Kevin Bacon, not to use too often. He also said its 'not what you put on, its what you put in...' Personally I am in love with the...

    lower leg whilst jumping

Whats the oddest horse's name you have come across?

Do itchy and scratchy have sweet-itch? (maybe its just my mind that works that way) I had a pony who suffered with it called tufty! I love human names for horses and have known a Dylan, Valerie (suited her very well), charlie, poppy, rodney... my personal fave is derek!

    Concours D'Elegance? Any ideas?

I am under the impression that this class is usually side saddle in traditional dress. With outfits in replica dress ie copies of original outfits. My mum made a few replica outfits for this sort of class. You may be comteing against someone riding sideways ina replica 1850's outfit!

I have just been to pick up my pals horse from the vet clinic where he has been for three weeks for treatment due to a leg injury. While there and in his stable he kept twitching around the stifle area, when I gave him a good rub between his back legs and by his sheath he kept lifting a leg up...
