Personally, I would not take any money for livery for my own horse at my own yard, my horse my responsibility, if you want someone to ride, they are doing you a favour as much as you are doing them a favour so I would not even bring money into it. if they want to do jobs then yes fine but...

i clipped 3 weeks ago when we had lots of rain..unfortunately my horse wore a nz rug for one day instead of his fly rug and got bitten to pieces and I payed for it with a very expensive vets bill!!...will think twice about clipping in summer now and if I do it will definitely be a fly rug every day.
