That's fairly impressiveI have washed mine twice. Part washed maybe 4 times.
Glad it's not just me thenDon't start me! Potentially harmful modern fad as far as I'm concerned. They're supposed to have grease in their coats, not keep having it washed out. In forty years I've never washed a whole horse with shampoo.
.
Please consider ditching the baby wipes and cotton wool pads they are bad for the environment.
I keep cotton wool for medical purposes only, if there's no infection or anything then a sponge will do.
I buy car wash or dishwashing sponges they do fine. Plus some microfibre cloths.
Have to do plenty of white leg washing though!
For washing the horse i have a man washer and a car sponge.
For his eyes and bum i have 2 cheap baby sponges in different colours.
For tack i have a specialist sponge that came free with the saddle soap
What a strange attitude. Haven't you heard the phrase, "Be the change you want to see in the world"?I’ll do that when people stop having children and in addition using disposable nappies.

Thank you....I will make sure I get different colour ones. Do you wash yours in the washing machine?
That's fairly impressiveHow long have you had him?
Not bad. I've had mine for 5 but he has had about 3 baths and he is grey so you and Dave have the edge on us4 years.

They really do. They are so shiny.
In the 5 years that I've had the beast he's gone from dappled to white. Luckily it's a fleabitten white so dirt can easily be mistaken for fleabites![]()
Yes, blotchiness has its' usesI am praying Ludo stays a bit blotchy like he is now, then I can pretend the poo stains are just his normal colour 😂
