It seems that TFC in his wisdom has deleted the sticky about the meet up, very helpful.:( Therefore can everyone who is definitely coming add their names again, and we can try and sort out who brings what food wise etc.
So much for delaying till late July so my hay would be in, needless to say it is not cut yet, and not much chance in the near future looking at the weather forecast. We also have Murph on "box rest" in a tiny square in the corner of the field where we will be, and his girl friend in the rest of it, but I am planning on stabling them for the night so should be okay. The best laid plans and all that.:p
 
I'm coming & bringing Dylan (choc lab).

I'm also giving Hound of the Sea & her dog Murphy (IWS) a lift.

Both of us are bringing 2 man tents if that's still ok.

I was hoping to bring home made highland beef burgers, but we still haven't sent the steer off yet. I can bring some of our own british lop sausages if anyone's interested. Also happy to get a disposable bbq or 2 if needed & of course I've already purchased a crate of locally brewed beer (priorities sorted!).

Apoligies for Dylan in advance he has recently found his balls, hes just a bit "in ya face" at the moment but he does settle.

And then after BBQ time its holiday time :D :D :D :D :D


I will bring sausages of some form (gonna try to get venison if I can).

And some so co and lemonade :D
 
Don't worrying about changing the date Slinky, the hay isn't in the field we will be in, its just I was hoping if the hay was cut I would be able to put the horses in the hay field. As it is Murph is restricted anyway so it won't kill them to be stabled over night. Of course if they hay should be made next week you can all help get it in! :D
 
Me and LML, if A, its not pishing down terentially, we have a 4 and a half hour journey:( sounds horrendous when u actually think about it:eek:
B, if bubba gets through her surgery ok on the 26th:( up to now we are both ok, even though I have no tent (will buy one) but really should have looked at b n b's by now, because my main worry is getting no sleep and getting a busting migrane and dying infront of folk or LML driving back with me dying in the passenger seat and begging her to make me better, making her freeze to death with the air con on and windows down and the smell of puke (she will live a few hours of OH's life) and become my nurse:rolleyes::o it's not a good sight either:o

I will bring what dogs I can squeze in with betsy n regan, tents, blankets, and whatever crap we need.
Still not sure if dingey is going, I can of course put back seat down and betsy/regan and dingeys boy could squeeze in with all the luggage:o
MM we may need to stay for the week:eek:

Oh well we shall see:eek:
 
Im going to try and make it, I really fancy a mini break with doglets but not promising as its a long way and I'm skint! I am ebaying like mad at moment so fingers crossed I can drum up fuel money and then allow myself to spend it as such and not bank it!
Be warned my dogs are flipping nuts though! :o :D
 
I am so sorry I wont be able to come Im off to my 3rd wedding this month.

Wouldnt you just know it havnt been to a wedding for years and then 3 all this month.

I was so looking forward to meeting you all and thinking I must have the worst behaved dog of the lot but I think he would have been so overawed he would have been good if that makes sense.

I want to see the photos though and will be hoping you get some nice weather.

I would like to request we have on next year between july 1st and July 20th please! I will offer free photo shoots in return for a date i can make :D :D

Like she said^^ It is a looooong way but i would love to come if everything goes to plan. OH wont let me go alone (You are all clearly internet lunatics / gonna kill me in my sleep) but is happy to ship me off with Cayla:confused: :p

I am hoping to bring Betsy but it really depends what shifts OH is working as to whether i will be allowed:rolleyes: May well have a french bullthingymabob by then:eek:
 
I've twice tried to post over the last couple of days but my bloomin internet is driving me mad at the moment, so third time lucky I thought I should try and get a bit more organised.
Skye, I'm in N Shropshire, Whitchurch area.

Can everyone who is coming pm me, and I can then reply with post code (for the posh ones with sat nav) and directions. I don't know what you all want to do re food, last year we had far too much, should I get some bits in or do people prefer to bring their own. Think its going to be disposable bbqs, as lost top part of mine and can't really splash out on one just now. Please add any thoughts on here and if t'internet is in a good mood I may be able to read them.
 
I'm afriad Harley and I need to pull out :( Gutted, was really looking forward to it.

Been asked to be the team trainer for a PC team and really could not say no.
 
What are we having food and booze wise then? :D

I have managed to borrow a two-bedroom tent so if anyone wants to share they are very welcome. I'm only bringing the Daxy-dog so no worries about Ricoh mugging you in the night. :p
 
I am happy to do some coleslaw, potato sald etc like last year and will bring bacon for sarnies in the morning:D

Will have a think about what else - unless there are specific requests?:confused:

I want to come, to show off my new improved Tyson & show off how flubbley B dogs lips really are :)
I'll have to bring my HUSBAND though ( :p ) as I cant cope with both k9's on my lonesome.. and I dont know anyone :o
 
... and, i'll bring muchos wine. Got SO much left from wedding. I can supply a few crates of each, even champers if it is desired.
My house looks like a wine shop :o
