Sounds great - I have a session booked in with Andy in a couple of week's time - really looking forward to it as I know I am definitely very wonky in my hips. Interestingly enough that wasn't picked up with the Visualise jackets in a Russell Guire clinic a few years back as above the hips I am fairly symmetrical.

I went to my first Andy clinic on Saturday, it was fab must have been the same one you were at Roxylola. I definitely had crooked hips!

Been reading thread and it all sounds really interesting- unfortunately I am in the back of beyond and would need a 2-3 hour drive to get to a clinic.
Do people think the remote video assessment is worth doing?

I'd suggest it's better than nothing - hes got an excellent eye and his activation exercises are really effective
