Diggory, I am sorry for my response. It was not meant to sound quite as tart as it does.
But I still stand by what I said, if I have needed any info about an event which I am paying to take part in then I tend to ring the organiser. And no, I don't believe everything I am told on the forum, I like to double check things.
I have organised a few things, very minor in comparison to the expo but can appreciate that when there is a small team of you working on something it is very easy to get caught up in certain aspects of the organising and end up leaving others till the last minute.
So instead of going over the same ground cut them a bit of slack. We seem to have a general consensus that people do want it to be a success, so fingers crossed for that and I look forward to meeting some more of the people from off the forum.
