Here's my little Morgans; they were half-sisters. They are only yearlings in this photo - I sold them both together and they are huge now! Almost 16hh.
I know im sad....but Im so proud of him...he is a little stunner and loads of people comment on him...I will try and get a better full head picci....his head is very shapely and little and cute
I have a QH mare, wanted one ever since I came back from Australia where I worked on a cattle station and they rode western. Finally got one in April this year; unfortunately my mum fell in love with the photo and even more so when we drove the 4hrs down to see her and bought her on the spot without vetting her...can you see where this is going!? She was 110% sound when we went to see and try her...
Been to hell and back as she was diagnosed with navicular (I don't think so?) and arthritis, got her on a supplement we imported from USA and she is now sound, off painkillers (most was 1 danolin a day) and going to be a brilliant hack for my mum. The plan was to take a foal off her for me to rein (would much rather do cattle work but nothing in Scotland) but don't think it would be fair to breed from an arthritic mare?
She won the supreme halter championships as a yearling and I'm sure she won over Glad I'm Tardee Too (sp) who is, as far as I am aware, a top stallion. She's really well trained but needs reminding as don't think she's been used "properly" for a long long time...
Here's a pic when we went to see her (don't have any more recent ones on the computer)
She's definitely a character! She came to us with lots of bad manners and had her old owner trainer to give her carrots every time she pulled a face/stamped her feet/switched her tail. So that's stopped! She had to be cross tied to be handled but now we can pick out her feet, rug and tack up without any restraint in the stable. She loves her grub too and would walk through fire to get to a carrot! I love her to pieces though and so glad we've ended up with her and gotten to the root of her problems.

What do you do with yours ? Is it a reiner, cutter, pleasure, halter horse? My best friend went out to montana a couple of years ago and won a stunning filly in a raffle at the Nile Rodeo she is worth a lot of money lucky thing. He imported a stallion with impeccable halter blood lines and has won just about every class and championship it has been in since it has been in the country, also imported his son and that has done equally as well.He hopes to set up his own stud soon and has more coming into the country in the next month. His stallion has had many enquiries for stud services already. What blood lines do your horses have?

Hi, what is your friends stallions name as we show a fair bit and I may have seen him at some of the shows.
Ok, my hand goes up too............................5 here and 2 on the way!!
Stallion: Toys Triple Child (toys triple chick x moonshine child) Foundation bred reining/cutting stallion heavily bred on Poco Bueno lines. My lovely Archer boy who is my pride and joy and is a total star to be around and work with. He is the reason I work to afford all of this!

Archer as a yearling
His half brother Arrow, gelded now. Toys Poco Star (Toys Triple Chick x PTS Poco Belle Star) Arrow is the second part of the "A TEAM" and is also a super horse. He is slightly bigger than Archer and is a really good trail/hacking out horse - he is showing similar promise to Archer in the reining field too.
Arrow earlier this year
Related filly Stardust Baby Doll (imp) Oak was imported on her dam (Full sister to Toys Triple Chick) and I just fell in love with the attitude and the dun factor so she came to join us too
Oak in her winter woolies
Broodmares - Zans Daydream in foal to Toys Triple Chick due June 2008 Stunning taller sorrell mare who is a halter horse with foundation breeding. Patches is a real doll and we are very lucky to have her to add to our herd.
I'm Pines Too - also in foal to Toys Triple Chick due May 2008. Sissy is on breeders loan to us and is a permanent member of our clan. She is also sorrell and has turned out to be one of the most loving and intelligent horses I have ever owned. She is the one that injured herself on the gate latch a few weeks ago.
No photos on work computer of them currently, will see what we can find.
Oh, two appaloosas too hence login name! Couldn't forget the spotty ones - Quantum Entanglement who is a British lines bred appy mare who we have owned from birth - Lavender and Sweet P, who is just the most inquistive and loving girl who is a few spot and will go to a Quarter Horse Stallion next year.
Sorry for length, but I am very proud of all my bootifulnesses!! Oh, if anyone would like one just like them, the full brother and sister to Archer and Arrow and some others too at www.whitewoodquarterhorses.com
I've not got one but I bred my TB mare to one. I think they're beautiful horses with wonderful temperaments. Aesthetically I like the lighter type of QH but I expect that's because I'm used to TBs

teehee, I thought the same when I saw your previous thread!!
Sis is going SO well - all down to the MICROTEK gel and spray - vet cannot believe how fast it has healed. Archer boy is a star and now he is home, I don't want him to go away again - now if only I could afford to put in a sand school, preferably indoor and employ a full time trainer...
