Ariat Grasmere £139 !!!!!!!

For those who were unlucky and didn't get them from DH, it may be worth ringing Ingatestone as they usually sell them for £160 (ignore their website ad). I have 17" calves and regular fit fine, although I did go up a half a foot size for some reason. Wellies are always too narrow for me but Grasmeres are fine with jeans or jodhs.
 
I am the culprit for starting this thread but I am soooo glad I didnt buy any !!!! they are sooo common (or they are now !!)

only joking, bet they are lovely... hope those who got duds got it sorted !

I am currently still waiting for a rug I ordered from DH on 2nd Nov !!!! be spring by the time it arrives !
 
So very impressed with DH, ordered yesterday afternoon, on my feet this morning! Also wasn't expecting them to come with boot trees... bonus :D. Thanks meesha :) :)

Really!? Oh I wish mine would turn up, I'm really looking forward to having warm feet while stood in an indoor school teaching on a Sunday.... Brrrrrrrrr!
 
On phone so can't quote, but Thistle mine came next day with the standard free delivery. It did say they were available for immediate dispatch when I placed the order, not sure if that was the case for all sizes.
 
Mine are ordered. Didn't really need another pair of boots, but they are Ariats and you lot made me do it!

Thats what I told the OH anyway.
 
Maybe I should order some grasmeres!

I ordered Dublin river boots from them over a month ago & they are still not here, waiting for delivery from supplier apparently - although their website says despatch within 2-6 working days. Bit misleading me thinks!

Do grasmeres come up long in the leg? I'm only 4"11 so don't want them if they're going to be too long.
 
Great... I called up about mine as I had a problem ordering some Bromonts in the sale a couple of years ago and don't want a repeat only to be told that when they went to pack my Grasmeres they weren't there and they are now trying to source a pair for me. So basically they have sold more than they had in stock. Apparently I should have a pair to me by the end of next week but I shan't hold my breath.

Bah... :(
 
They don't seem to think that we want to know when things are out of stock, that's why my boots are late & they aren't expecting a delivery until the 30th of this month according to the lady on the phone however their website still lets you order them & says despatch within 2-6 working days. Ridiculous!
 
Just checked on mine and the status is dispatched. Mad cow, if you look carefully, it says delivery is 2-6 days from dispatch. Cheeky, but I think most companies word it like that. Saddle cloth is awaiting delivery from supplier, though, which is a bit rubbish!
 
Mine have come and they are lovely, but I wish I'd been able to get the regular rather than wide. They are a 4.5 if anyone wants to swap. Derby House only have a 4 and that will be too small.
 
Great, just called the store & they sold me a pair of boots that they didn't actually have in stock. They can't get the boots now for me because they are discontinued, and they wont send me anything else out...

So disappointed :(
