Does anyone know who the commenter is this morning? Recognise John Kyle's voice but I missed the start and I'm not sure of the other and she is very good!

Just seen Bubby Upton is leading the Dressage after Day 1. I've never been her biggest fan due to the dinner parties she hosted during Covid Lockdown, but fair play for coming back after a horrific injury.

Didn’t take to her after the video of her dragging her EBT along the ground while laughing
But definitely fair play to her, a horrific injury to recover from and hope she continues to do well

Ros's riding was masterful - every time he went to have a look at the crowds, she just quietly got his focus back. So well ridden.

She’s pretty amazing, isn’t she. She was saying in her exit interview that she hasn’t ridden him in the school much at all since last year as he scared her a bit in her arena, so she does most work hacking and going out to other places.

It’s a shame they didn’t mark higher yesterday as some of those tests for both days deserved a smattering of 8’s and the odd 9 . Such a shame for Tim to fluff that last change after a lovely test
