I will be sat in front of the tv all day with my leg elevated , I’ve managed to tear my knee ligaments ( mcl possibly acl ) falling off whilst trying to get on when cross country schooling round the course at Kelsall.
I still managed to get on , did the be90 cross country course , and not until I got off and collapsed did I acknowledge that I was actually quite injured.
It’s the first year ever I’m very grateful I was not going.
