The udder has quite a way to go yet. Do you have some pH testing strips? You'll save yourself a lot of watching if you do!

I saw this thread was updated and was hopeful..... BOGOFs are much more fun when they're not yours.

My maiden bagged up about a week before she foaled. She barely showed anything up until that point (just looked like an awkward, weirdly shaped youngster). It was the bagging up that made me and YO go "Oh, sh1t." YO still thought we had weeks, and I could send the horse back to her breeder, but when the vet examined her, she was like, "Nope. This horse is foaling imminently. You can't move her" [unless she was in a life threatening emergency and needed to go to the neonatal unit, obviously].

I would agree that she's probably going to foal soon, but how soon? Sometimes it happens quickly others could hang on a few more days and long nights!!!

The teats are starting to fill and pH is heading in the right direction. My mare foaled off similar last year, but most mares would still have a few days/ a week or so presenting like that
Colostrum is sticky amber colored stuff
