I love all the matchy matchy on this thread! I have a few bits and pieces but I'm a bit scared of bandaging, so tend to just use my flatwork wraps which are white, so then I have to have white everything else. Make up for it with loads of sheepskin, bling and patent.

It's more lime than pistachio really

That makes it even better!! I'm so going to have to order it when I get home! Can't decide whether to get the bandages too though, we don't have an arena so they just get muddy schooling in the field! :(

Do you think it would suit the horse in my sig? He has a bit of matchy in that the fly veil he's wearing in that pic we dyed to match the saddlecloth!

Everyone looks so lovely!! I wouldn't call these pics mega matchy but a bit of a colour theme going. I'm in the process of getting things matching for my tack but everything else like rugs head collars and buckets, silly things are colour matching. That way no one gets mixed up on sizes or feed. My grey in royal blue and my darkbrown/black has red. I don't have any pics yet in their tack. Still waiting on getting matching saddle cloths (i have colour trim on my black saddles and on the nose band so not OTT..... YET :D )

Silly question but.... what are the bandages for? Do they serve a purpose or just look pretty. Be kind!

I use bandages for protection against brushing, i've a big baby horse whos unbalanced and can knock into himself whilst schooling, if i'm rushing I just pop brushing boots on, if i'm faffing and have loads of time i put bandages on as they look pretty but still offer protection from bumps and bangs :)

I love bright colours and matchy matchy :D

What great photos and a beautiful horse - immaculately turned out. I particularly like her in the green and orange. In my day (haha, I sound ancient) the fanciest colours you could get were a kind of bottle green and brown. I did have a beautiful sheepskin numnah but it was such a bother to clean. Some lovely Neds on this thread.

Go for it - I think it would look great :D
I cheated and bought JHL polo bandages in mint instead of the HKM ones.

I have a few bright sets. I'm lucky, Chilli's grey so he suits most colours.

Doesn't really show how bright this set is. It's the USG apple pad & HKM pistaccio bandages.

I love matchy but have become a tad obsessive tbh : / horses have ridiculous amounts of anky,HKM, eskadron and USG and I am not even riding at the moment. I have so much stuff i would be rich if I gave up horses! X

Just thought I'd resurrect this, as I'm weak  and I caved on the HKM Pistachio when I found it in a local tack shop for £20...

I'm in love :D

Oh, and a proper pic of the USG Smokey Blue:

I am starting to worry about the amount of numnahs in my tack room now though!

That pistachio is such a good colour, and he is so gorgeous. I'm glad there's someone else with a saddlecloth cloth obsession on a coloured cob!
I kinda wish we could do matching bandages but he looks silly with masses of feather sticking out!

Thank you! Who says coloured cobs can't be stylish? :D I had a few comments in regards to how good the pistachio looked on him, it's a great colour. My saddle seems to be leaking though - one ride and it's got black stains on it... I'd forgotten how much easier it is to stick to black!

Haha - it's a shame, but he's not overkeen on anything round his legs... we'll just have to spend the extra money on plenty of saddlecloths instead ;)

Bumping this again as we had ourselves a little photo sesh this morning. Hope they don't come out huge cos I'm on my phone, and please excuse the general scruffiness of his cobness.

HKM Azure, this is totally his colour, I love it! Had a right swoon went I first tried it on him.

And the USG navy with ice binding. It's very smart!

And last but not least, one from last year when he was not long backed, doing ultimate matchy. Cow print on a cow print pony.

Nope :)

The nearest I get to matching is to have brown tack ;)

I don't possess boots or wraps and if I did they would be black, or white (to match legs) seeing as how manufacturers stupidly refuse to make boots, or girths in chestnut. Why is that? I asked once and got a "Don't be silly, no-one would buy them" response, "Oh what, and no-one has a chestnut horse?";)

I do have a disgusting powder blue saddle pad, but in my defence it was the only colour left in the high wither style I needed at the time. I disguise it with a Navaho blanket on top :D
