15.2 rising 4, broken 8 weeks hacks alone/company been on a pub ride, works in an outline and pops a jump. bred in ireland is a bit of a mix including cob. nice temprement and very unflappable. any one care to comment on confo.. looks a bit like shes leaning forward in the piccie, and I think she may have a lot more filling out to do.
and price... what would you expect to pay.

Sorry, no idea on price, but at first look, I thought she had her front legs crossed!! (think need alchol or something!)

I'm not sure on the leaning forward, think its possibly the markings but could be leaning??
Agree she needs to fill out and increase the topline.

Looks like she has been snapped on a slight incline, giving the appearance of leaning...
Would like a better photo (horse on a fairly plain background) but she looks a nice enough animal :)

I like :)

Maybe stood on a slight slope, hence the forward stance?

yes i thought that, theres some thing about her i like. although am being so careful as wont be going to view, shes to far away so lots of pics, and a vetting .. MRSM what would u think on price? shes southeast area.

She looks possibly back at the knee, from what I can see, nice length of neck and nice shoulder.

Beyond that sorry can't help. Very pretty.

Did I read your post right that you are going to buy unseen? Sorry but this makes me really nervous! No video can tell you about temprement.

Good luck.

Very pretty, looks a bit croup high, but the picture looks like its on a light tilit which doesn't help, not a lot of bone though, but does look very nice definatly worth a look :)

I think another member was looking at this horse.. Was posted in the CR section in the past couple of weeks..

thanks, will have a hunt, the lady did say others had been to see her,.

as for bying unseen, im not to worried about temprement. and at the end of a day a horse has its own mind, what you see at a trial may not be what you get home. im just looking for a bit of a project as an alrounder.

Just had a quick look on Horsemart. They seem to be going anywhere between £2k and £5k in that area. Quite a mix.... Is there anyone who could go look-see for you?

not that id trust to have a worth opinion/experiance. would 5 stage vet and theres a couple of things id want looking at.. shes pointing a hind toe in the pic.. cow hocked maybe?? just little things like that. vet can also report back on temprement etc. the vet id use ive used before so trust the overal opinion.

poster that said about other member.. ive looked but can find any thread.,

Thanks MP.. dropped original poster a message.

MM price is on the advert. personally i think cheap. but then on the other hand things like we not sure how well she loads etc. only 8 weeks broken.. i think she is actually 3yrs 6 months so very much a baby. ... and i think again and think ummm bit to much.

I believe this horse has been for sale for a couple of months now, and its picture has cropped up in a coulpe of posts on this forum and others to my knowledge, but can't recall what other forums, it looks a nice horse and if is such a bargain, why hasn't somone snapped it up??

I think she looks like a lovely type. I must admit I've bought unseen and yet to have been unlucky. I think for the price and if she passes her vetting - snap her up. If I had 2K sitting in the bank I know I would! The photo of her is downhill but the road isn't running straight so I'd say bad photography. She's going to be still a little croup high as only young and as for top line etc she's doing very well and will only improve. Get her vetted and go in with your bid!

I don't like her limbs at all.

She looks back at the knee, has a straighter hindleg than I would like and looks light of bone (only going to get worse as she fills out).

as a quick buy to sell i might risk it if there were better photos to really see her limbs but i wouldn't want to try and make a big profit or keep her longer term.

MT ive looked so many times at the pictures, and I dont think her markings help her. the hite on her hinds i think make her look longer..

shes not a buy to sell, shes a buy just a general riding horse. not even the high level competing i was doing. so she doesnt need to be confo perfect.

She looks lovely....don't think the markings help much...

My friend stuck her colured on box rest for a week thinking she looked lame on the lunge, she got her out for me to look out, said see she is still lame....she wasn't!!!!! she'd been looking at her front legs one was white the other black which made her look odd. :D:D Poor think had been confined to the box and there was nothing wrong with her. She was deverstated.

Has the orginal poster got back to you about her?

i think the markings on her front legs may be making her look more back at the knee which is why i would want pictures with a less fussy background as its making my eyes funny looking! :)

Overall light of bone which is a shame. I'd want to see better pictures of front limbs, based on that photo I'd steer clear but it could so easily be an optical illusion.
If the front limbs aren't as bad as they first appear then yes I'd consider that horse at that price as a project, looks a useful type. It would also be left a further 6 months before doing any more work if it were mine.
