Roadrunners lead dog refused to run in the first leg (seeemed to be spooked by something) and they got a light (early change) in the second race so Watsons won.

Just saw the video of the veteran Irish Setter class. Judge should have politely excused the poor old sod (the dog!!).

They hadn’t last time I looked . It slipped its lead and bolted from the hall apparently. Having had a dog slip its lead at an agricultural show with a half check collar on I know it can happen .

My mums cavalier slipped its lead at a BE event and was picked up by the Technical Delegate as it toddled round the show jumping ring….. that was in a half check collar too……

That’s why I always secure mine to the nth degree now
