Ahhh I'm honoured that I'm considered one of those close to you!!!!
Yes loaning is a very good option!!!!! As you know hokey was a loan pony, and I hadn't intended to buy untill she had stopped growing, but I was lucky enough star was so cheap, but that's another story!!!
But it worked very well and in some ways did make it easier when she outgrew him as we always knew he couldn't stay forever because we didn't own him.
What you have got is time though there's no massive rush and you know what you'll probably know the right pony before she even rides it, I knew straight away from seeing pics of star and her in the field that she was going to be ours.
Anyway when your looking or have viewed ect you know you can ask me questions any time xxx
