Derby House In Administration?

I use RB as well - just got a voucher for £20 - I obviously spend far too much!
The other option, depending which side of Bedford you are, is Tower Farm at Earls Barton.
The one in Bedford has closed, I know the lady that ran it was seriously ill a while back.

Going to DH in parbold used to be a treat where you would get quality items from knowledgeable staff, yes there was a price tag to match that too!! However these days it's nothing more than expensive crap!! The customer service is virtually none existent, I nearly bought a saddle in the sale for just shy of £2k however was told that because it's a sale item if it doesn't fit then I could only have a credit note and not a refund!!!! Wtf!!!! Needless to say I told them where they could put the saddle!! I try and stay well away from the place now as everytime I do nip in for something I always end up disgruntled by something in there!!!

If this had a 'like' button like FB, I'd click on it, because I'm another fan of the old DH in Newburgh, the range they used to have was vast for such a tiny shop. The old DH would never have insulted itself by stocking Katie Price.

The true position is that Derby House Limited managed to get its creditors to agree to a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 26th January which means in short that the creditors take a hit on what they are owed but Derby House is allowed to continue trading. The interesting thing though is the number of posts now appearing on thier facebook page about where are orders/why the delay etc. If Derby House have your goods in stock then there should be no problem the problem might be if they have got to order it in because quite rightly now firms will be nervous about supplying them unless they are certain they will get paid. This could well delay DH in supplying goods
