Favourite coat colour?

I used to know a horse called Carlos. Nice chunky boy, a true cob type. He was mahogany bay with huge dapples. One of the most stunning colours I have ever seen and a nice person too.

A proper mahogany bay with dapples on a solid cob/Welsh cob is a good look. If cob cob then no white, if Welsh cob them 4 white socks to either fetlock or all the way up to knee/hock to flash looks good.

My personal favourites are strawberry and blue roans, they seem pretty rare these days. Least favourites are cremellos, but a few years ago there were a bunch of cremellos that cleaned up on the local show jumping circuit. So it just goes to show a good horse is never a bad colour :) I'm all for variety me.

Cursed to have a soft spot for a dapple grey. even though they are mud monsters. Wish me luck cleaning her up for show sunday...

Deep bay - the classic bay thoroughbred which is timeless. . Also a grey I had a super chestnut and a palomino in the past but chestnut isn’t my preferred colour.
