Don't ask the following:

What rugs to use.... why, are there some new ones out now, perhaps made of spun silk?

What rugs others are using.... nothing - to 500g triple neck ones

What to feed...... How the heck would I know, I can't see your horse or how you ride it....

How to feed hay ..... everyone knows nets are terrible, hay should be soaked for 500 hours

What's the best absorbent, cheapest, fluffiest, biodegradable bedding.......... easy, that's err... aubio-strawy-card-pellety-chips-paper made by goblins and delivered on pallets, covered in pink wrapping paper

How to prevent mud in gateways..... should have done work in early summer shouldn't you?

What time we all visit yards to feed or bring in or turn out ...... now you are getting very nosey, does this really matter?

My survival is to just lurk and I've picked up quite a few bits on the way. I only ask questions that haven't been asked before or remotely recently. I did once make the rookie mistake of asking the dreaded 'Am I too big question' and got responses ranging from 'your humongous' to 'you must be half starved' which is always a classic H&H response =D
 
What bit should I put my horse in? Its already in a Waterford triple Dutch Belgian gag with a turtle top French link, with a Mexican drop grackle and a standing martingale, but it just won't go forward! Speaks lots of languages though! :D

What is wrong with my horse he has a lump on him ............................ how do I know I cannot second guess without a picture.

What saddle would suit my horse........................................ I don't know as I don't know the colour of your horse and what type of equitation you are into


My horse has a cut on his leg how should I treat it ............................................ by calling the vet

What bit should I use in my horse ............................... A metal one.. how should I know I don't know what the problem is.


My horse bucked me off should I get a more deeper saddle to stay on board...... No find out why the horse is bucking first


My horse is biting at me why is he doing that? Maybe you ought to ask yourself why first before asking others.


Should my horse live in or out ................. Hard one as it is horses for courses


What rug should I get .......................................... one that is suitable for the climate would be a good start

Ah but that is where you are wrong! Because your horse prefers to use it as a toilet and then of course they use that as a pillow and so you then need to ask if Haas brushes are any good for poo stained greys!

Now, you really are taking the P, so come back with your weight in stone, fully kitted up, plus your tack too, then we can all discuss in depth as to what % you actually are of your equines weight.
Of course you are probably too light at present as its before xmas. So, to get him going, eat lots of pasta and get some long swan necked rowelled spurs. Hope this helps :)
 
Errrr.....I think you're all wrong.....the answer to all these questions is quite obviously to take the horse barefoot and buy a treeless saddle.

But then of course you will have to find a yard with 47 miles of varied terrain track and an equine herb garden to make it all work

ExCUSE me!!! I am not over 80 - yet. But I know that tack should only ever be one colour :D

No Aus, the hay pillows are for those with horses that aren't ingenious enough to fashion their own

😳. I'm cringing here, I have black tack :(
In my defence horse is a odd shape and it was the saddle that fitted. I do prefer brown and the others have brown tack. Does this still make me "one of them"
