For any mastiff/giant breed lovers it’s worth looking up the Gammonwood Mastiff outcross. Not only are they successfully breeding into mastiff lines but a few have been exported to wolfhound breeders too. It’s interesting how some breeders do seem to be waking up and realising how important looking to the future is.

I've got a mutt who, upon DNA testing turned out to be primarily a husky - Austrlian Cattle Dog cross (25% husky and almost half Australian Cattle dog) and she is to die for in terms of personality and looks. But I think the breeding could have also resulted in a bit of a nutso dog to be honest so it might be a bit of a gamble ;) Have been trying to attach a photo but unfortunately it keeps saying it's too large even after resizing 3 times. If anyone has any tips re photo attachment let me know

I love a lurcher. If I could have a dog, that's what I'd get. I've never met one I didn't like!

I also think crossing terriers with pugs seems to produce healthier dogs, which can only be a good thing. I'm not sure about temperament, though!
