Guess the problem

I was expecting the horse to be pts or retirement with that xray, that looked quite bad. I am glad the horse was okay at the end

How did it manage that? Horses being horses?

He did the splint bone one the gallops so we can only assume the horizontal one was done at the same time. But as I say things don't always show up immediately and take a few days before they can be seen. We xrayed the day he went lame on the gallops which showed the splint bone. We had no reason to xray again until it was check up time.

This might have been an after picture but the before was very similar, needed a full week at the vets and surgery, if that’s not giving too much away!

I thunk this is the last of my original collection that I sifted through.

I can find some gorrier wound type ones if you fancy them.

Eta - let's try that again without the answer attached to the bottom 😂
