I'm really sorry, I actually don't know what to say and cannot imagine how you must be feeling other than being in total shock and pain at the moment. Life is so cruel sometimes and it's awful how quickly things in our lives can change. I am so sorry for your loss.

So sorry. It is so heartbreaking when they are so young.

(((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))

RIP Koko, run free with my boys and girls xxx

I'm so sorry to hear your devastating news.
It is frightening how quickly your whole world can turn up side down. He was obviously much loved and is now running pain free.
Lots of hugs for you.
xx

I am so so sorry to read this. I was reading your earlier thread this afternoon and cannot believe how quickly this has happened! Huge hugs for you and thank you for thinking of others at a very difficult time.

I'm so sorry. I lost one of mine to colic on Wednesday night, so I appreciate how you must be feeling. It's such a shock when they go from fit and well to gone in no time.

He was a gorgeous boy, I know nothing anyone says will help... it's not fair is it?

I haven't read your other post yet so don't know how you lost your gorgous boy but just wanted to say RIP Koko and take care of yourself and treasure your memories xx

He caught a horrible disease called atypical myoglobinuria, which shows the same symptoms of azoturia. He had very bad muscle spasms and eventually he couldn't breathe because of this. It was a horrible way to go but such a rare disease there is no treatment hopefully his case will help so no one has to go what we have been through.

I logged in specially to see how your beautiful boy was, hoping he would be getting better, and I'm so sorry to read your update. My horse was fit and strong till he got grass sickness overnight, which killed him despite the best treatment available. It is such a shock to lose your beloved friend and your dreams for the future so suddenly. Big hugs XX
R.I.P. Koko.
