There are a number of videos of the horse from 2018 on the facebook page of the girl who had him in for schooling livery - search JJ and they come up. Sadly I think he is real and current owner is hugely out of their depth
As SEL has said above, soak it. I don’t like soaking for ages but have bitten the bullet with my really fat pony. I soak over night in clean fresh water, rinse will.OK, I will. But can you just tell me about Hay please. I have 2 professional one saying keep feeding no matter how fat he gets, the other saying feed 12 kg, and if he eats it he eats it
Like everyone I'm hoping she's a troll so interested in where she says she's 13 because in April she said she was 15.See the other thread if you still doubt this is a troll. Axe now claiming to be 13 and using language that will get her banned anyway. She's been reported, but not by me. I don't care how she swears at me, and I'd quite have liked it to stay so people could see it. I've got a screenshot if it gets deleted.
.
Unfortunately, the horse is real and she or her parents own it. When the first thread went up I recognised the horse details. It was my friend that passported him and gave him his name. In the other thread with the picture of him riding Prelim that was when she owned him but the lady in the picture competed him for her. I know why she brought him and why she sold him on and there was nothing dodgy in it (PM for full details as not my story to tell on the internet). But I met him and loved him she did not have any issues as mentioned by the OP, she is an excellent owner and her horses have wanted for nothing. The OP fb stalked her, she agreed to talk to the OP mother she gave all the details she had it was 5 years ago!!
you got the wrong horse, ive seen it too, they arent his parentsYep, found the horses pedigree and it matched info given. It is worrying (sometimes) how easy to trace back a horse. People can be crazy sometimes and your age makes you vulnerable already. Please be careful, he can easily be traced back to you
I thought that for a while now!I'm beginning to think this is a wind up
Okay, I can ask. She already shown me about tacking up him. And what is rude, for example bending down to get Hay during putting on the bridle, and walking off while doing it up, and not standing to be mounted, and kicking out when boots are being put on etc.
The only reason I don’t think it’s a wind up is because the symptoms described are so scarily accurate of ulcers and pain. I’m not sure a young person would know that.
Anyhow, soaking hay is the best way to reduce its calories.
Having just checked my email…
She has emailed me an apology, apologising for lying about her age. The issues are real but I think its still too much horse for a child.
Your absolutely right, I know her full name and she is a real person on facebook with pictures that match what she has asked me to post for her previous, I do not think she is a troll, she is just a little girl with too much inexperience.Oh :-( I feel so sad about this whole situation. And I agree with @ponynutz , if the OP's situation is real I'm not surprised she's feeling so anxious - I would be too. It does sound like she really needs a nice straightforward wee cob to have fun with. Buying the wrong horse / over-horsing yourself isn't anything to be ashamed about, it just happens sometimes and you need to sell and move on.
Was really hoping it was a troll, poor horse.
Seems OP has either been banned or left as her profile isn’t accessible now.
FWIW she was apologetic about that tooShe will have been banned for telling me to **** off when I pointed out that her question had already been answered on the other thread she started.
For her own sake I hope she takes time away from the forum. Her parents need to be getting a grip of the situation with this horse before he hurts someone.

Well, she has take some of what I said on board and thanked me for everything , I feel sorry for her in a way, I cant help it, its just too much horse for her, she needs a teenagers pony a kind of point and go.If you can contact her will you tell her that was good of her and her apology is accepted. I tried to help her by PM too but she just wasn't listening. I hope she and the horse can get the help they both need, the parents have so much to answer for here.

We literally posted 20 times on previous threads she made that they were classic ulcer symptoms...no need to GoogleShe has probably read the symptoms of someone else's horse who had ulcers!
The trouble is ulcers can also resemble other issues. Poor body condition, teeth grinding, poor performance, bolting, bucking and extreme girthiness all present with Lari.We literally posted 20 times on previous threads she made that they were classic ulcer symptoms...no need to Google

He had kissing spines and was negative to scoping for ulcers.
YepI think it should be put to bed now.
