With this horse on Dragon Driving:

https://www.dragondriving.co.uk/horseforsale-196928.html

I'm a sucker for unusual colours and have never seen a silver dappled Welsh Cob. At that price, he must have some serious health issues. If I had a field and an endless supply of cash, I'd happily have him as a field ornament and pamper him for the rest of his life. I hope that he lands on his feet in a loving home and isn't just passed from pillar to post by dealers who bute him to the hilt.

The top photo looks like a horse wracked with pain. His back has no muscle on it at all by the looks of it. Also seriously back at the knee on one front leg if not both. Poor boy ?

Broken, currently out of work

I suspect this is literally true and that the dealer is not actually referring to his ridden status as "broken"

.

I know someone who bought a horse from Katie Thurston, it was extremely dangerous and arrived looking like a walking skeleton. This one looks like it is headed this way also. How awful that someone has passed this horse onto someone like her.
Oh I wondered if it was her or her friend! I know someone who bought a horse off them and within a few months, it was dangerous and the owners couldn’t ride the mare!

I haven't heard of this person, but they sound horrible. Imagine making a living by tricking nice people into parting with their hard earned money, whilst simultaneously exploiting horses which desperately need medical attention. It is beyond awful.
There was a video posted here of them years ago working with a horse in the arena! It was just awful!

Dear oh dear, I wish I hadn't scrolled down. The 3yo TB looks sweet as does the palomino Sec D.
I’m not usually a sucker for a pretty colour but that palomino D mare is lovely. Wonder if we can persuade @LadyGascoyne to add her to her herd and we can live vicariously through her?!

How can people tell the horse in the OP is a KT one? No name on the add that I can see? She was advertising on FB happy hacker page the other day with a handful of projects, not open to vet, cheap types and an acknowledgment that they weren’t novice horses. I figured they must be lethal if she was selling that way.
