Numb. Tragic accident, RIP Herbie

[ QUOTE ]

Sorry for your loss, but better safety would probably have prevented this. Everyone must learn from this ever happening again. Poor horse.

[/ QUOTE ]

What places you in a position to pass judgement by assumption?

Under the circumstances your post beggars belief.

How awful, I see not one person had asked why this happened, was he tied up properly I take it the head collar was round his neck while you put the bridle on? BHS Rules state if you put a head collar around a horses neck to put a bridle on you always hold the rope you never tie it to anything! Its so dangerous and one of the first things you learn when dealing with horses. Was he tied to bailer twine?

For God's sake how insensitive are you? This is absolutely not the right time to post something like this. I am sure Jane will really appreciate your rubbing her nose in it.

you little madam. wait til an accident happens to one of yours and see how you feel getting this sort of comment from santimonious souls with no grasp on reality.
have you got no bloody compassion?

So sorry for you, what an awful thing to happen and in front of your daughter, she must be in pieces.

As for you Kookymoose, I suggest you climb off your soapbox and into the real world and get back under the rather loathesome rock you must have slid out from!!

RIP Herbie x

That is because only one of us has the compassion of a brick!!!

How lovely it must be to be you Kooky.... you must be so perfect that even an accident wont happen to you.

I for one, wait with baited breath, for your post asking for hugs/vibes etc.

I cant see many coming your way.

Charlie, I'm very glad you had the decency to delete that vitriolic post. Had you forgotten that if you reply to someone it gets sent to their email as the actual post?

Ah, it had to be Kookymoose showing the usual compassion and kindness of spirit.
A horse of mine once took a panel off a wall, he was wearing his headcollar correctly and was tied to string. Mercifully he stopped before he did himself any damage. Sometimes, believe it or not, horses will hurt themselves even when every possible precaution is taken to ensure their safety and well-being.

Spot on.
How dare you be so god damn spiteful????
Being sat behind a pc screen certainly gave you the spine to be a nasty vindictive piece of work didnt it KookyMoose.
Swings and roundabouts my friend........what goes around, comes around, and i sincerly hope yours comes sooner rather than later!

Kookymoose you cretinous little g£t!

Whoever you are, a troll/regular user under another name. Such vitriol at such a time, without knowledge of the facts, which you mangaed to get hopelessy wrong, beggers belief and is beyond normal human nature.

Crawl back into the cess pool you came out of.

kookymoose, your post defies belief, as do all your dreadful, unsympathetic posts- no-one is perfect, even you, and to make the assumptions and comments as you did is totally uncalled for, to lose an animal in such a way is so very sad and you should be ashamed to add to the owner's grief!!

Dont be so stupid, of course no-one is going to ask the why's and wherefore's it was a tragic accident! Jane does not owe you an explanation.
Your lack of compassion shows what a truly spiteful person you are.

Oh I just couldn’t believe this when I read the thread, I had to read it twice to make sure. I’m so, so, so sorry for your loss Jane. I always loved looking at your Herbie photos. All I can send is big hugs.

Hello Cock up, oops I meant Kooky.

I only wanted to say that I think your reply is completely pointless, JustJaney said they have safety precautions that "didn't break as they would normally". By an accident poor Herbie pulled loose and tripped on a piece of the wood that he had pulled loose. I know of an accident on a stable yard were a Thoroughbred pulled loose, while passing a house nearby the horse ran head first into an open window and had to be euthanized because of the injury. Sometimes the best safety precautions can fail and sometimes accidents do happen, no matter what safety precautions you make.

Again I'm so sorry for you and your family's loss JustJaney.

You vile little creature, nothing like spouting off when you have no idea of the facts eh???

Accidents happen, sad fact of life, if you are lucky you walk away and if you are not and fate dictates your time is up you don't.

I just hope when fate deals you a shitty hand there is some smug half wit hanging around to suggest half a dozen what if's to rub your nose in it further.

JJ - I'm so sorry ti hear your loss and my heart goes out to you and Racheal. RIP Herbie.

How do you know what was said? according to your mate I AM kookymouse??

I don't really know what to say other than i am truly sorry for what has happened to you, words simply cannot express it. The only good that can be taken from this is that it happened so quick so he didn't suffer.
He looked like a beautiful horse, and am sure by your posts on here that he will be sadly missed . My thoughts are with you and your family at this tragic time xxxx
