Yes, he has had the misfortune at times to fall into Arko's shadow. And gosh, I love Arko - his first clear round at the last Olympics moved me to tears,
but I think Russell has a preferable attitude for this and the conditions
I said this yesterday that Russel is a bloody good horse and I hope that if he jumps as well as he did yesterday thatpeople may actually consider him to be in the same league as Arko. It is a shame he is always going to be in his shadow because although he doesn't really win massive classes he has so much scope!
