I have been a digging and this was who owned my boy and I am guessing my no named boy was part of this dispersal… he had a flu jag in west sligo in march…

He went through Arqana and was bought by these agents who are based in Newmarket but are international however it won’t say who it was on behalf of.

If he hadn't been registered with Wetherby's upon reaching his training yard he wouldn't have been named until he was ready to run as it costs a fortune to sort the paperwork with Wetherby's & France Galop. At least he isn't an AQPS so there are no restrictions on what letter his name has to begin with. He obviously just didn't show enough to warrant it.
We have one at work that I have taken under my wing that I doubt will ever race. Huge big horse by Dubawi - £350,000 stuff fee these days
. OK he is BIG for a 4yo but he is softer than melted butter and won't push himself to anywhere near a pain barrier nor to full speed. He doesn't have the heart nor the attitude for it. A racecourse gallop soon and then we shall see. There is a very slim chance it will change him we can live in hope!

He probably did but what the stud/stable staff call the horses is different to what is put on their passports. A small 1 or 2 a year breeder would probably write it on a piece of paper in the passport but a major stud wouldn't. They wear headcollars with either a name plate on or a disc attached to it with their sire, dam and year of birth on to identify them.

Has he (sure must have) a passport? If you aren’t bothered re history given he’s your pet/not eligible for ROR, can you just get his passport over stamped or will you have to send it back to France for change of ownership? I had to send Beau’s off to the IHB. Beau didn’t have a name, his passport had only been got just before he came across and the dealer had no idea.

I’ve a horrible feeling you’ll need to send it away and there’ll be a fee to change the name on it. Blowed if I know how to send the money! Can’t remember how I did Beau’s. The address confuzzled me, the format was different from the UK.He does have a passport. I can understand it. I dont know what to do with it lol
