After the earlier thread, I feel that we squishers ought to unite and stand (or squish) loud and proud

I'll start:

I am MizElz, I am thirteen stone (or was, last time I checked
blush.gif
) and for the past nine years I have thoroughly enjoyed squishing my dainty, lightweight 15.2 SF x Arab

Your turn

ETS. I wonder if there are enough of us squishers for this to make it to the Top 5 HHO topics....?

I dont squish Doug, but i do swamp him with my tallness
frown.gif
or rather his shortness

I'm Tinkerbee 5 ft 3... and some weight

and used to ride a 10hh pony. He survived
grin.gif

Currently trying to pony squish a 13.2hher but Im too short and fit the damn thing too well.

But Hels_Bels is bad and evil and a pony squisher of the worst kind...

15.2h is not a pony!!! Thats a small horse.

I am 5ft7, 9st and have my 13.1h mare and her daughter who should make 14h but shes obviously not ridden yet as shes 11months old.

Im Soph21, Im about 5ft 3 I think?! I weigh 7st 9 or 10lbs
I ride 11.2hh welsh A's!
Backing and breaking them at that size too

I do know that

But 'pony' seems to be used interchangeably with 'horse' on here, so....

Sorry should have added a
tongue.gif
or
wink.gif
too. It was tongue in cheek.

I like my ponies as ponies, yet call OH's monster 17h 'his pony'

I am 5'5 (5'6 sometimes, don't know why...) anyway... I used to weight 9 1/2 stone and rode a 9.3hh pony.

and the fecker cleared off with me and dropped me over his shoulder onto the floor

I am 5ft 3inches (or there abouts) and I own the dantiest little TB mare. She is 15.2hh and is in pony boots
grin.gif
She wasn't even 15hh when I bought her and I have done little jumps on her so I can't be that fat on her! She has also thrown me off and all sorts on occasion!!! I also weigh enough :P
HPIM1607.jpg

And a video, to prove she can move when I am on her

Excuse me, but why are some of the overweight people on here proud of "squishing" their horses/ponies? Tall people on ponies don't really bother me, but I really can't abide obviously overweight people on fine and dainty horses, its unnecessary and should be avoided. I really don't see the point of this thread to be honest.

I would also like to add to my post that my mare has had her back checked by 3 differant chiropractors all of whom agree that I am no where near heavy on my mare and she has no trouble whatsoever carrying me. Has never had any issues with her back.

I agree with you but what I am seeing on this thread is lots of pics of mainly m&m type ponies who are capable of carrying the people who ride them.

Can we have our heads back please?!
Im sure none of us would willingly put our horses in pain or discomfort on purpose.
Id just like to point out that my sisters mare is a Native breed and im not too heavy for her. If i ever thought i was, i wouldnt get on her.
Lighten up, we're not that stupid.

I think the point of this post is to show those people who think that adults can't ride ponies that they are actually quite capable of carrying adults and are much stronger than you think they are.
