Rider Pilates - Free January!

She’s way too verbose! I gave up on day three glad to hear I’m not alone. Apparently exercises will disappear at the end of the month unless you’re able to somehow save them? Not that worried!

I've just done day 4. The extra exercise blew my mind!
I did give up on the videos preceeding the 5 day challenge. I ride side saddle, so wear patterns are going to be wonky for me anyway!

I'm toying with the idea of the courses, but to be honest, I am amazed that I have managed to do 4 of the 5 days! Not sure if I would keep up with a 6 week course. I tend to get very enthusiastic, pay for these things and then somehow the 6 weeks pass and I've done day 1!

I'm hoping my back feels amazing tomorrow as promised! 😂

She does have a few videos on her YouTube that show some of the exercises if that's any help? I'm not signing up for the course because, like you, I probably won't stick to it and I'm not riding at the moment anyway, but I'm planning to incorporate some of the exercises into my daily yoga 😊

I had to come back and say that I can completely see why she was recommended now, after the ‘5- day challenge’ ie the actual exercises. They were really good, and useful. She’s a good instructor.

I would also be happy to pay for the course as I think what she is offering would be good value & the exercises very useful. However I know that within the next 6 months I will fall behind, quite quickly. Still mulling it over.

If I were to find out there were many more sessions like the ones which came prior to the ‘5-day’ ones, it would be a no - they were not definitely for me and I really wish I hadn’t stuck with them as long as I did. All of that information -up to session 21, when I stopped - could have been covered in a fraction of the time.
