So I have the oppurtunity to buy my loan pony whom I've had on loan since August.
He is a 14.1hh Irish Cob, black with four white socks and full feathered.
He has nice conformation (or so I'm told, I don't really know what I'm looking for other than he has four legs!), no scars or blemishes and no health problems, never been lame sick or sorry.
He's seven years old and I would say he is a happy hack.
I don't really school him as I'm a bit phobic of riding in the school, but I' hoping to have him schooled in spring for me and may even be brave enough to have lessons.
He is bare foot and never been footsore, he will ride on concrete and grass with no problems. He has no stable vices (other than rubbing his bum on things), and ridden his only real habit is putting his head down to nosh grass (which will soon be fixed when I get a daisy rein sorted), he can sometimes be strong in company but we think this is my nerves more than anything.
He's been to a local show showing with me and we are both beginners but got placed in every class, he behaved very well and didn't spook or misbehave.
I love the pony to absolute bits but have been guilty of making heart over head choices in the past with horses that has only ended in heartbreak, so I ask you, what is a fair price you would pay for this horse?
I have popped some pictures below, hopefully it'll show up
The horse is passported by the way but doesn't come with any tack or accessories (I have bought him everything even down to the headcollar and lead rope).
