Sure did give him the stare, except I nearly fell off tonight mid gallop!!!

We were having a run up a field and super Ali sprinted off ahead, Pads got his knickers in a twist and napped over towards him then jumped over a big clump of jaggies at a random angle and for a split second I was over one side of the saddle with a leg in the air - gad knows how I stayed on!!!

I wouldnt get my legs over the 18.3 - well i probably would but my legs wouldnt reach far - im 5ft 2. hes the owners pride and joy and gets alot of attention.
 
If I was to buy one i would be looking at something 17hh - even when i was 13/14 I would only ride big horses.

I would turn up for lessons and they would bring ponies out and I would refuse to get on!

If its any consolation I had to hang on to my balance strap this afternoon when the BGL went into reverse rearing as he went followed by passage and piaffe across a ploughed field due to pheasants taking off the other side of the hedge!! Bet the little bugger will pretend he can't do a leg yield in the school tomorrow...........

Ha ha - been there before too lol! It's also weird how Pads can't muster anything other than a slo-mo canter until something passes him then woosh rocket up his ass to say the least!
 
Bit of a time delay, but Fihunt, if you're around - is it possible to teach somebody who really can't sing to do a half decent job of it? I'd love to be able to sing (just carry a tune, not x-factor stuff) but I'm terrible. I can hear myself singing out of tune but can't make myself get it right! Is there any hope for me?
 
hi guys sorry not been on for an update as its been such an emotional rollercoaster. Anyway i think toby has maybe turned the corner. he has got a few issuses going on but i won't bore you with them.

anyway my friendwho is ill is having to put her old horse to sleep on wednesday and i have a load of 6ft rugs to sell for her does anyone know the best place to sell them . theyare in good conition but not washed due to the personal circumstances

The other thing to do is to put up a post asking for advice on best place to advertise/prices etc - you may find some people whoa re looking.
