Morning all!

Well thanks to the clocks changing getting up at stupid am hasn't been as bad as it should have been.

Off to riding club today! The girls changed fields last night and the boys are this morning so I have to sort all of that out before leaving. My stressage is at 10.28, then I have nice fun things after that (handy pony, gymkhana and showjumping!). My aim in our dressage is to stay inside the boards... Don't have a photographer coming but will try and get somebody to take photos!

Morning! I am also up early but through forgetting clocks went back so again at least it hasn't felt too bad!
Good luck with your dressage - mine is after 11 and am hoping to stay on the horse!

Taking some friends to the yard today. One of the daughters and the mother are horse mad, so hopefully they will enjoy. Daughter is going to take child in hand and introduce her to stable management, etc. (yup, mucking out lol).

im up at stupid o'clock too. the drugs the drs given me are helping me to stay awake all the time (oh as well as making me feel sick) so im not too happy that im awake when i couldve had an extra hour in bed.

i hate it whn the clocks automatically change. both my mobile and my room clock have changed - so to make sure i never change my watch till the following morning

I was woken bright and early by my 6 year old Niece who is staying with us, I had promised her that she could come up and do the horses with me and have a sit on Charlie. She was so excited that she woke up at stupid o'clock! Will take the dogs up to the yard with us and give them a good walk on the way home, hopefully Toby will kill some rats whilst we're there

I have a day off today and the sun is shining, had a super lie in (sorry lol) and soon off to do the horses. Then just housework and assignment and cooking the Sunday dinner.

i'm going to need a lot of luck today... as i'm off to pick up the little horse lorry i bought ridiculously cheap from eBay (yes, yes, i know, riiiisky!)... so cross your fingers it is all in one piece...

my poor poor poor husband agreed only 3 days ago that i could get a trailer (a TRAILER)... and so i bought a lorry...

hubby is coming, he was a mechanic before joining the police... so he's a good combo of mechanical knowledge/fake MOT certificate spotter etc.

and i think i will get the box bit checked over by someone with a smidge more horsebox knowledge than me before i put raff in...

Morning all, stressful sunday I think, had to run out to the field literally seconds after waking up as I could see that my big lad had scared the cows away from their feed and was eating it himself

Afternoon everyone,

Had a lovely morning with little Niece. She was really helpful, helped with mucking out, changing rugs and feeding, despite only being six and not used to horses.

She had a sit on Charlie whist he was eating his breakfast and then a little ride round the yard. She loved it

I let her lead Pixie around the yard for a little while and then we said bye to all the horses and took the dogs for a walk in the forest. Had a lovely time exploring and making jumps for when I ride through there.

Will post some piccy's in PG later of her sat on Charlie

Just had some lunch and am now sat watching Matilda with Little Niece, then we are of out to a food festival, yum yum!


My computer has died so I need to go and get a new charger/battery for it, Can't live without my PC

Have just posted on latest news about Jimmy Carr making a sick joke about armed forces that have been injured - thought I'd share as it's made me really angry!
 
The weather is very bad here, very heavy down pour of rain and very strong winds doesn't look like I will be getting the horse out today! Grr my computer is telling me it is currently sunny!

hi guys hope we are all doing well. sv glad you are feeling better. i don't think things can get any worse for me. toby is still in the wieper centre due to get surgery 2mrw and to top this all my dog got knocked down by a car last night and is in the vets he went into shock so has been on iv fluids etc.

the weather is terrible so horses are all in and ellie became a grown up today and got her own stable ( Can't believ she is 6 months old on tuesday where has the time gone).

Ellie is such a grown up girl now - looking great!
