Sweet FA....Sunday!

Lol, yes L was rather taken by her, She asked if she could ride her and couldn't really understand the fact that she was only a baby because of her size. L was actually staying with us when Pixie arrived at xmas so it's really nice for her to be able to see how she is growing and hopefully she will eventually be able to ride her,

They visit us quite often through the year but I usually do the horses before everyone is up and about so have never really involved L in them. I guess she was always a bit to young as well. I'm definitely going to let her get involved in future though

She is so funny to be around, is like a little old women and I can actually have a better conversation with her then I can with the 10 year old I nanny for, she is incredible intelligent for her age.

I've just remembered actually that Millie kicked her in the leg about a year and a half ago so I am surprised she will go anywhere near horses, never mind being so confident around them

Sorry, rabbiting on a bit there

The first two times it was with an extra-long lead rope and then we whipped out the lunge line. By this time he was just rearing on the spot, had all exits covered and had more or less run himself into the ground

He was going on!

I remember watching a horse we had a couple years ago for trial kept rearing up, whacked its head bless it, we then decided to let it chill and try slowly with foot and help. Well done though DL, does he only load in a snaffle? Chifney would stop the rearing maybe (but I hate these personally) and I've seen horses just be idiots in other ways

Its all I've ever tried him in really, have put him in a knotted pressure halter but it didn't really make much difference. I'm a bit

about Chifneys as my friend horse rears even higher with one!

I'm pretty sure it was just the mornings events that set him off, will go back to how we were come the next outing.

Sending *Right Darcy....?.* vibes to said ned.

DL - good one for still doing test on him - he needs to know hes there to work even if he does fanny around!

just got back from the new stables of share horses - girls have settled in well but stables had about 4 inches of muck and wet shavings left in from old users so spent hour and half clearing those out and have blisters to prove it!! wasnt cold up there but am freezing now!!!

Also I remember some people taking about rubber matting - share owner has two big lovely mats for sale - can you remember who was aksing about it?

Thanks slinks!! Wont be left alone for about a month with the girls - have all ready learnt so much in a week. owner is amazing and girls stunning!

I need to stop being such a bloody stress head!!! RELAXXXXXXXX

Has anyone had the GU cakes in a black tub? Ive got the caramel flapjack ones. The top bit of caramel and chocolate is lush but the flapjack bit is a bit wierd - I though it was millonaires shortbred.

Its wrong - I cant figue if I like it or not!!! It should be shortbred not flapjack

Not had thoses ones Callly but have had the chocolate brownie ones, they are heavenly
