Ok i have a question for you facebook peeps!!

If you join facebook do you have to use your real name? and can everyone see what is on there about you? I have to be careful for work reasons so don't want the world and his dog looking at my profile but my friend who lives and works in Africa has asked me to join/be friend so it would be an easy way of keeping in touch with her. How much information do you have to put on there?

and belive me im no expert but its very obvious. The best bit of advice I ever had was that the most important thing with jumping is that the speed on approach is kept the same - it doesnt speed up.

I've got a heap of stuff going on during the run up to it and after, aswell as my brothers birthday and other things that are making it a bit awkward

Evening all, had horsey free day today other than checking him over and feeding him. Despite what I thought was excellent progress since coming back into work, Arch wasn't right again yesterday, not lame, just not right

. He seemed happy to bear all his weight on all legs but just seemed to put in a few short strides every so often - seemed to switch legs though. I'm very confused as this is different again from previous syptoms

and a bit down about it, so had a day with OH today trying to cheer me up. He even hoovered and cooked sunday dinner

. Unfortunately only knows one way to cook dinner and it's not weightwatchers compatible, so will be out running tomorrow!

Well done D_L - Ive had similar problems and the lunge line is definitely the way to go, especially as mine walks on and as soon as I'm the other side of the breast bar shoots off backwards and gallops to field, so I have more time to keep hold of him.

Am off to read other reports of the day now.
