Hi you lot. Well second day of no turnout an the big lump went for a play in the arena with a friend this morning and this pm did I ride a fire breathing snorting monster. Hell no I rode a tub of lard.

the doctor apparently, codeine and alcohol isnt too good (im guessing its something to do with the fact codeine is opiate based) and bearing in mind im taking another prescription painkiller with that along with paracetamol vino probably isnt too good for me
