Morning all,
Just getting ready to go back into work after a very very long 12.5hr shift. Don't feel that I slept much last night and already am up again for another long day.
It's very cold and dark out there.....brrrrrrrrrrr

GOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning SFA
By the left, i though i was early!!
Up an hour earlier at 5.30 this morning cos OH's got an early start and I'd rather do that than do all 3 on my own
Got to take MiL to the doctors this morning, she's got a bed sore on her ankle so he'll probably prescribe statins to sort it

Good Morning
I have a cold and sore throat and slept really badly! Got to go to work today, then to a Pumpkin farm on a class trip this afternoon, pop home for dinner then back to school to Clerk the Governors meeting at 7pm- I won't even get to see my neds today boo hoo!! Rubbish!

Morning all!!
Very very tired today!! loose jumped Ted last night, and even though it was only 2ft6, he's so so tidy with his front legs and just popped it each time... although he still hesitated coming into it.... I don't know what to do with his jumping
maybe I ought to give him back after the loan trial.... He's definitely a talented Dressage horse now we have his problems fixed... but jumping? he's spooky, scared and unconfident... hmm!

He'd left his phone in the room and a text reminder went off just before three, dogs barked at six, cat yowled that he wanted to come in at half six, then Friend's phone rang me at half seven. I think I need to go to bed

Morning. Am 'working' at home today. Bookkeeper chasing me for paperwork.
Have long shopping list as today is Twyford Countrywide's Equestrian event - need to get daughter some new riding boots she's only 10 and needs a 6 now so she's started wearing MY shoes grrrr!. She's got a lesson at the RS after school, so won't get there till after 6 and I bet they don't have her size, poor girl I've made her wear her old ones for ages: 'you don't have to walk much as you'll be on a horse, so they'll be fine for another few weeks'.

Oh no Mrs M - that sounds like one of my nights!
We're having a catch up day in the office today - which is great as we've rushed about so much this week it's been untrue!
Very dreary here in Yorkshire - the horses didn't seem bothered by the rain though - I bet they want to come in by 3pm though! LOL!

Morning everyone. Our computer systems have crashed so not able to get on till now and even now my system is going soooooo sloooooow. So if I disappear you know where I've gone.
Had a quick night last night, didn't ride cos finished work late and it was pitch black when I got to the yard, boo! Might ride tonight but I'm so tired, I just can't seem to get used to getting up earlier than normal, but it's only 7am I'm getting up! I have to get used to it soon or I'm gonna be a walking zombie at work. I'm a little worried that I'm going to struggle when I have to put out and feed in the mornings, cos then I'll have to be up at 6.30am at the latest, if I can't cope with 7, how will I manage 6.30!

Morning all. My head cold is still rotten stinking smelly bumface.
When |I used to work in an office I used to blame the air conditioning and being on top of people too scared to take a sicky for my colds. Now I am proved a liar as all my days are spent out of doors with me horse or digging peoples garden or photographing their pets.
This bumface cold has been caught in one of two areas :-
a) on HHO as loads of you complained about it first and I read your posts so its a Cyber cold
b) Down at the horse as loads of the girls are going down with it!!

He says shes got to go and see a chiropodist

Up bright and early this morning as I had to be at the yard for the farrier. Charlie now has a lovely new set of shoes which means I can go on that nice long hack I was planning on Saturday
Pixie had her hoofs trimmed and apart from one pull back/rear she was very good. I really need to do some ground work with her this weekend though as she has become very spooky all of a sudden
Just eaten far to many biccy's and am now feeling a bit dodgy, you would think I would learn
Going up to try an school Charlie later which should be interesting, really hope I can get him to go long and low again!
Hugs to all of you who are feeling ill!

It's miserable and

Just ordered my hay, haylage, and straw, so that should arrive in the next few days, God knows where I'll put it!! Think the barn must need a clear out!!

Yesterday I ordered some engraved champagne glasses for my best mate and her fiance as it's their engagement party in November, they just arrived and are absolutely gorgeous so now I'm dead excited! Love the website, gonna get my two bridesmaid pressies from it too, and the best man's, and a pressie for a friend who is due to have a baby this sat.

done all morning chores, stables seem to be getting worse
then finished potting up the foxgloves
then went out for a hack and got aload of abuse on a schoolkid
first of all he shouted 'BANG' trying to make horse jump which thankfully she didnt.
then he said 'can i stroke your horse' about 3 times, i didnt say anything.
then he called me 'Bitch'
then said 'i love you, can i have your babies?' and followed by 'the horse, not the dog!'
arrogant lil sh*t!
if hes that rude now whats he gonna be like when he's older??
anyway had a nice ride she spooked a couple times which hurt
walk is bearable

now im having my lunch

I'm home again. We mucked out three. Fed four. Did a ton of haynets (don't ask). Talked to three agents and one friend. Ate lunch. And revamped cv and back home again in time to email it before two o'clock. Did it all in and hour and a half, including travel time. Well chuffed

I am at work, sat in the cold because someone has turned the air con on full blast and no-one is admitting to it or knows how to switch it off! We are all sat here shivering! I still have three hours left before hometime and I've been here since 6am! Am off to do some cross country schooling on Saturday so role on the weekend!
