Thanks for all the congrats. I am trying to work out if I can get out of work and up to the hospital in time for the end of visiting. Am working til 7ish, 20-30 minutes up to hospital if I get a clear run (unlikely as big fireworks display en route) and visiting finishes at 8.Once I finish in the office I am on call for the rest of the night and mobile signal is very bad in hospital so will only be able to stay 10 minutes. At least it will give OH an excuse not to come with me if I have to rush to get over there straight from work - he hates babies until they are interactive and even then isn't so keen until they can play rugby.
Glad Toby is improving albeit slowly T.
I'd just rip the bandage off and have a good poke round with it Flibble, I would probably have been doing that since Wednesday morning though

I like nothing more that a good wound or a scab to pick at

Awkward little so and so he is to fit, but got one!!

At long last P_P can ride without worrying about the saddle. It's a Bates Caprelli saddle, as it was the only one that would fit!!

P_P says it's very comfortable, but unfortunately she won't be able to put a lemieux sheepskin underneath

So, she's now looking for a nice thin numnah

Evening all!
Fireworks are doing my head in! But its quite good this year, in that all the dogs are at agility training tonight so I don't have dogs barking and fireworks to listen to all evening.
Roo is tucked up in her stable and I came home stinking of haylage, really hate that smell.

Hey all, how are we all tonight - my poor pooch is hiding as is pooster cat.

MrT has been moving again, the first move was a disaster the house was awful so she's now moved again. She's on my FB is you guys want to add her

loads going off here, the cat has dived on my daughters lap for security, which she never does being female

luckily the other cat is deaf so is curled up on the sheepskin rug asleep, now my dog would be happy to sit out on the garden wall and watch the displays

I'm going to scream!!!! My dog hates fireworks and the tele is on deaf mode (so loud you can't hear yourself think) and the other two join in the barking when he starts!!!

As far as fireworks go I can see from all the top of my village who often have displays, town towards the next down which is pretty large, then right the way across to London (20 miles away) and then bits of essex . They dont stop aaaaaaaall night . Alright I can't hear them, but it gets a bit annoying!

And suprisingly the jet lag has gone

Maybe the 3 sleeps yesterday cleared it

My dogs live out side and are not bothered at all in fact they watch them they would make good gun dogs.

The fireworks don't bother mine - the beauty of gundogs!! I am however waiting to see if the petrifed hare skeleton that Max ate on our walk earlier makes a re appearance!!

Sorry Slinky, you'll have to speak up a bit, I'm going deaf here!!!

It's a VSD, black leather, and it is really nice. It also fits him really, really well. I had visions of having to have saddles re stuffed and flocked at one stage,but we found one!!

P_P will like beans on toast, she has no choice!!
